Erika Tamayo is the founder of Tamayo's Online Services.

She started working online in 2012 as an Encoder and a Graphic artist in a printing Enterprise in Pangasinan, Philippines. In 2017, She worked as an Outbound Sales Specialist in Camarines Norte, Philippines. As time goes by in 2020-2021, she is the Social Media Manager/Creative writer in a small online business and a Remittance center. She is managing posts, implementing content strategies on social media platforms, and oversees the company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.

Erika is open to new knowledge and opportunities, As a matter of fact, She recently attended extensive training in General Virtual Assistant course at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), to expand her skills and to develop future opportunities, and improve more professionally and personally to avoid stagnation and reach her full potential.

As a General Virtual Assistant, She is unfailingly optimistic in every customer interaction and touchpoint. A warm and expressive outlook is always her priority.
